    Product Description

    BSD Wellbore Repairing Agent for Drilling Fluids is formulated with nano polymer particles, modified natural fibers, elastic particles, and graded granular materials. The nano polymer particles are deformable, while the modified natural fibers possess a network structure. When entering the loss channels, the fibers first bridge across micro-fractures. Under the binding effect of the highly adhesive nano polymer particles, the elastic particles rapidly form a thin filter cake, thereby enhancing the formation’s pressure-bearing capacity.
    BSD features strong adhesion, high strength, and fine particle size. It can penetrate rock pores under differential pressure to quickly form a chemical sealing layer, improving the compressive strength of the formation. The product is non-fluorescent, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and does not affect conventional wellbore cleanup after micro-fracture sealing.

    Characteristics

    When approaching a potential loss zone about 50–100 m ahead, adjust the drilling fluid properties and add 2–5 % (by volume) of BSD wellbore repairing agent. This helps prevent fluid loss, reduce drilling fluid consumption, and minimize reservoir contamination caused by seepage.
    In the event of severe loss circulation, BSD can be used in combination with other lost circulation materials for enhanced sealing performance.
    Before final cementing, increase the concentration of the wellbore repairing agent in the drilling fluid to 3–5 % to enhance formation fracture resistance and improve cementing quality.

    Packing, Storage

    Packed in three-in-one composite bags lined with polyethylene film, 25 kg per bag.
    Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
    The product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and non-corrosive. In case of contact, rinse with water.
    Shelf life: two years.
