G307 Early Strength and Anti-channeling Fluid Loss Control Additive for Oil Well Cementing
description1
Product Description
G307 reduces fluid loss in cement slurry by forming a dense polymer film and increasing the viscosity of the aqueous phase.
Characteristics
G307 is composed of water-soluble polymers, blended with inorganic early-strength agents and crystalline expansion materials.
Normal dosage: 1.5%-3.0% (BWOC).
Effectively enhances the early strength of cement stone.
With a micro-expansion effect, it can effectively compensate for pressure loss caused by hydration shrinkage, thus preventing gas, oil, or water channeling in the formation.
Applicable temperature range: 30℃–120℃ (BHCT).
When used together with a retarder, it is suitable for cementing medium-to-deep wells.
Suitable for dry mixing.
Technical Specification
Cement slurry formulation used in the above tests: G-class high sulfate-resistant cement; W/C ratio: 0.44; G307 dosage: 2.5% (BWOC); Water: distilled water or drinking tap water; Slurry density: 1.90±0.01 g/cm³.
