G310S Fluid Loss Control Additive for Oil Well Cementing
description1
Product Description
The aggregation of water-soluble polymer molecular chains reduces the permeability of the cement slurry filter cake. The introduction of multiple functional groups into the polymer enhances its resistance to high temperature and salinity.
Characteristics
G310S is a modified copolymer of low-molecular-weight amide and polyhydroxy carboxylic acid.
Temperature resistance: 30–200℃.
Salt resistance: from fresh water to saturated brine.
Water solubility: readily soluble in water.
Normal dosage: 0.6–1.5% (BWOS).
Good compatibility with other additives.
Cement compatibility: suitable for all classes of oil well cement.
Good cement slurry stability, with free fluid close to zero.
Short thickening transition time, approaching right-angle thickening.
Applicable to low-density, conventional-density, and high-density cement slurry systems.
Has a slight retarding effect; at medium and low temperatures, the thickening time can be adjusted with accelerators or early strength agents.
Technical Specification
Cement slurry formulation: G-class oil well cement; W/C ratio: 0.44; G310S dosage: 0.8% (BWOC); Water: distilled water or drinking water; Slurry density: 1.90±0.01 g/cm³.
