G31S Fluid Loss Control Additive for Oil Well Cementing
description1
Product Description
G31S reduces the permeability of the cement filter cake through the aggregation of water-soluble polymer molecular chains. By introducing multiple functional groups into the polymer, it enhances temperature and salt resistance.
Characteristics
G31S is a copolymer of AMPS, low molecular weight amides, multi-hydroxy carboxylic acids, and other modifiers.
Temperature resistance: 30–160℃.
Salt resistance: applicable in fresh water to saturated brine.
Water solubility: readily soluble.
Typical dosage: 0.5–1.2% (BWOC).
Good compatibility with other additives.
Compatibility with cement: suitable for all levels of oil well cement.
The cement slurry thickening transition time is short, close to right angle thickening.
Applicable to low-, normal-, and high-density cement slurry systems.
Has a slight retarding effect on the cement slurry.
Technical Specification
Cement slurry formulation: G-class oil well cement; W/C: 0.44; G31S dosage: 0.8% (BWOC); slurry density: 1.90 ± 0.01 g/cm³; water quality: distilled water or potable water.
