Product Description
GH-I adsorbs onto the surfaces of cement hydrates to reduce contact between cement and water, and also adsorbs onto crystal nuclei to prevent their growth. This effectively retards the hydration of the cement slurry.
Characteristics
Composed of various compounds such as cellulose derivatives and hydroxycarboxylic acids.
Non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive.
Recommended dosage: 0.1–1.0% (BWOC). More effective when combined with USZ friction reducer for cementing in medium-deep wells.
Reduces cement slurry consistency and improves rheology.
Applicable circulating temperature up to 110℃ (BHCT).
Preferably added in dry form.
