OCL-LXT-1 High-Temperature and Salt-Resistant Rheology Modifier for Drilling Fluids
description1
Product Description
The high-temperature and salt-resistant rheology modifier OCL-LXT-1 is a graft copolymer synthesized from AMPS, acrylic acid, and pyrrolidone. It exhibits excellent thermal stability up to 220°C and performs effectively in freshwater, seawater, brine (including saturated brine), gypsum formations, polymer non-dispersed systems, high-calcium systems, and deep well drilling fluids. OCL-LXT-1 provides outstanding viscosity enhancement, shear strength improvement, and rheological stability, along with excellent fluid loss control. It is a new type of high-temperature and salt-resistant rheology modifier suitable for deep and high-temperature wells.
Characteristics
Excellent viscosity and shear strength enhancement.
Outstanding fluid loss control performance (up to 220 °C).
Applicable to freshwater, seawater, and saturated brine drilling fluids.
Recommended dosage: 2%–4%.
