Product Description
OCL-RQ is a lubricant composed of multiple refined surfactants with excellent lubricating performance. When added to drilling fluids, it forms a firm adsorption film on the surface of drill bits, drill strings, and other downhole tools, significantly reducing wear and the risk of sticking or differential sticking. It has no adverse effect on the rheological properties of drilling fluids and provides a certain degree of fluid loss reduction. The product is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, making it a high-performance lubricant for modern drilling operations.
Characteristics
Suitable for both non-dispersed and dispersed water-based drilling fluid systems, with no adverse effect on rheology.
Effectively improves the quality of the mud cake.
Provides a certain degree of fluid loss reduction.
Recommended dosage: 0.5%–1.5%. For complex wells or sections, the dosage may be appropriately increased depending on drilling fluid properties and downhole conditions. The product can be directly added into the drilling fluid.
