ZHS-1 Acidizing Corrosion Inhibitor

This product is a high-performance corrosion inhibitor that can rapidly form a chemical adsorption film on metal surfaces to protect metal equipment. It is suitable for use in hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and other organic acid media, and offers a significantly lower corrosion rate compared with other types of corrosion inhibitors. It has excellent temperature resistance and compatibility, and can be mixed with acid solutions and other acidizing additives in any ratio. With good dispersibility, it forms a uniform and rapid protective film. It is highly efficient, with a typical dosage of 0.5%–2.0%. It is one of the preferred corrosion-control chemicals used in current acidizing operations in oilfields.

As a corrosion inhibitor for medium-temperature acidic media, it is suitable for acidizing medium and deep oil and water wells. Depending on well depth and acid volume, the recommended concentration is 1.0%–2.0%.
